Ihave been in home health since 2016. In 2021 I founded Giving Care Houston, the agency I always wished I could send to my own loved ones. Small on purpose, and licensed in Texas, HCSSA #023843.
From the start I have asked our caregivers for one thing above all. Treat every client like family. Match people, not shifts. Stay through the hard seasons and the gentle ones. That is the bar, and our team clears it every day.

Dexter has been in home health since 2016 and founded Giving Care Houston in 2021. He set the one standard our whole team is built around: treat every client like family, match people not shifts, and stay through the hard seasons and the gentle ones.
Vivian Dike
Alternate Administrator
Vivian Dike is our Alternate Administrator and a Registered Nurse, the clinical voice behind how we train our caregivers and how we plan a case. Her RN credential is the state-required clinical backbone of our HCSSA license, so the care that reaches your home is grounded in real nursing judgment.
Devan Price
Director of Family Partnerships
Devan Price leads how families come to us and how they are looked after once they do. She is often the first person you talk to, and she stays close to every placement, so the caregivers at your door already know your name and your story before they knock.
Licensed by the State of Texas as a Home and Community Support Services Agency,HCSSA #023843, current through February 7, 2028. The license is held with a Registered Nurse on our leadership team as its clinical credential.

We serve the Inner Loop and West Houston, from River Oaks and Memorial to Bellaire and the neighborhoods around the Texas Medical Center, and the broader Greater Houston area. We staff each neighborhood with caregivers who live nearby, on roads they drive every day.
When the hospital sends them home
Many families come to us after a stay at one of the big Houston campuses, the kind of place where the discharge papers run long and the first week home is the one that decides the recovery. We are not a hospital and we do not pretend to be. What we do is meet your loved one at the front door, read those instructions through with you, and keep the days steady. Medications on time, safe on their feet, never left alone with it.
